Asset Management

Asset policies and processes. Our personnel are familiar with best practice approaches and can assist entities with implementing fit-for-purpose asset policies and frameworks.

Business case development. We have supported entities through the Commonwealth two stage capital works approval process for major infrastructure projects.

Capital planning and budgeting. We are experienced in developing Capital Management Plans and assisting entities in determining their short, medium and long-term capital requirements. 

Lease accounting. We have developed a suite of lease models to ensure entities can comply with the requirements of AASB 16 Leases. Our models are fully compliant with Commonwealth Government lease accounting requirements and can generate monthly journals at a press of a button. 

Technical Advice. Our consultants have prepared numerous technical accounting papers on the recognition, measurement and disclosure of assets in accordance with the Commonwealth Financial Framework and Australian Accounting Standards.
